My Name is Ronald Pfierman I am a Master Dog Trainer and Canine Behavior Counselor located in Cincinnati Ohio with over 25 yrs. experience.

 I have been training Dogs and counseling Dog Owners for over 25 yrs. I grew up in Cincinnati, Graduated from Oak Hills High School. 

I started working with Rick Krinkle - "Mr. Lucky" in  70's doing Protection Work and studied Dog Psychology and trained several other trainers under his supervision. 

I continued to apprentice under Rick while he ran Top Dog Training School.

I also studied Advanced Dog Training/Applicant Learning and K-9 Behavior Modification

Under Richard Parkey - Aztec Protection Dogs, Albuquerque, NM

I also bred and trained dogs with several other trainers and obedience trained many PUPPYS starting at 12 weeks of age. 

I am literally trained hundreds of puppies WHILE APPRENTICING JUST TO KEEP a roof over my head for years.

 German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Retrievers, Pugs, Toy and Standard Poodles, all Breeds of Mastiffs all both American and German Bloodlines. 

This is where I accumulated my knowledge and experience with training puppies at such a young age and develop my "soft touch" approach.

 I ve read many books - including " The monks of the New Skete series, all military manuals on all aspects of obedience, tracking and Protection Work. 

 I DID NOT LEARN THIS TRADE BY "GOING TO SCHOOL" OR JUST READING BOOKS OR DVDS. 

MOST OF MY LIFE I TRAVELED AROUND THE US AND  WORKED OTHER ODD JOBS TO PROVIDE AN INCOME IN ORDER TO WORK WITH MENTORS FOR FREE FOR A ROOF OVER MY HEAD AND TO LEARN ABOUT DOG PSYCHOLOGY AND BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION. 

I THEN WENT TO SEDONA AZ. FOR 3 YRS AND AGAIN WORKED ODD JOBS WHILE TRAINED A FEW SELECT CELEBRITIES DOGS AND SEVERAL DOGS FOR FREE TO TAKE INTO OUR HOME AND STUDY PACK MENTALITY.

UPON RETURNING I AGAIN WORKED FOR A LOCAL TRAINER FOR A ROOF OVER MY HEAD AND CONTINUED TO PERFECT MY METHOD AND THEORIES.

  I STRUGGLED WITH 2 MAJOR SURGERIES AND WORKED FOR FREE FOR A LOCAL TRAINER BEFORE OPENING MY 2ND NON KENNEL PACK MENTALITY DOG BOOTCAMP SCHOOL OUT OF OUR HOME IN 2011. 

WE CONTINUE TO WORK ON A SMALL INTIMATE BASIS PROVIDING EVERY DOG WITH THE TIME, CONSISTENCY, CUSTOM DESIGNED TRAINING AND NON CONFRONTATIONAL TRAINING APPROACH - WITHOUT THE FOOD REWARD METHOD TO ACHIEVE THE DOG'S FULL POTENTIAL.

I am an expert at raising puppies and housebreaking. If you leave your pup here he moves into our home - This is not a Kennel.

I have trained Dogs for Police Officers , Celebrities, Professional Athletes, Doctors, Lawyers, Firemen, Housewives, House Husbands, Professional Musicians and more people from all walks of life and areas of the U.S.

 I have become an expert at resolving  difficult situations and improving the quality of life for both Dogs and Dog Owners.

I can train a 2 lb. toy poodle or a 275 lb. English Mastiff both without the use of force and in a non confrontational manner.
